💡 What: Added tooltips to the Notifications, User Menu, and Settings icon-only buttons in the topbar.
🎯 Why: Sighted users previously had no way to know what these buttons did without clicking them, as they lacked visible labels or tooltips.
📸 Before/After: Sighted users can now hover over the icons to see what they do.
♿ Accessibility: Ensures that
