## 2024-05-18 - Financial Parameters Tooltips
**Learning:** Statistical and financial parameter inputs in financial applications (like lookback windows or basis point costs) require context to be intuitive. Users can easily misinterpret these without concrete examples or definitions.
**Action:** Added `help` tooltips to `factor_window`, `vol_window`, `adv_pct`, `vol_q_high`, and `bt_cost` inputs in Streamlit widgets to provide accessible and clear context for the user.
