Nextion4J library is a Java library that provides an easy-to-use way to manipulate Nextion serial displays. Users can use the library freely, either in commercial projects or open-source projects, without any additional conditions.

The Nextion4J project is an independent project that has no affiliation with ITEAD. It was created to help Java enthusiasts use the Nextion serial displays with their Java projects.

This version is an initial release that was not tested yet on a physical screen. This version was tested on the Nextion emulator that comes with the Nextion HMI software.

This library must be used with the jSerialComm-2.0.2 Java libraries for Serial port

This Java supports any hardware that can run the Java virtual machine. It uses the Oracle(r) Java 8 platform.
The initial version can be used on the raspberry pi with a USB to serial port. Serial port over the GPIO will be released in a newer version
this version is not supported by Android(r)
