• simplify the product to company-private publishing

These do not block landing for product feedback, but do block production promotion:

• make CLI authorization codes single-use
• resolve and document cross-employee site overwrite authority
• remove stale legacy dynamic-runtime/secret/schedule/public-access surfaces
• add operational capability quotas and stronger external E2E evidence
