Patch release. Bump `pkg/version/version.go`, the README release badge, and the CHANGELOG. Covers the parser-correctness fixes (logical-chain compound bodies, command-position assignments, glued quote tails), the kata false-positive removals (ZC1043/1044/1049/1075/1097/1098/1188), the autofix-safety gate, and the CLI/integration doc accuracy corrections.
