Exclude www canonicalization from cross-host redirect checking. This isn't a "real" cross-host redirect that may impact agents, and should not be penalized in check pass/fail status or scoring.
Fix the scorecard formatter incorrectly splitting Interaction report headings on file extensions
Display date time in text output formats in user's local date time, preserve UTC for JSON output
