Doc-consistency fix: skills/README, wick-meta audit_status, and WICK-INTEGRATION now read 11 skills (adds wick-migrate) and 16 commands (adds /checkup, /sync). No behavior change, no version bump. CHANGELOG history left as-is (immutable). The validate-skills.yml comment still says 10/10 and the path-audit CI step are both workflow-file edits blocked by the missing workflow OAuth scope.
