Large rework of the code to add documentation, remove unused code (all of which is preserved in the
archive_with_old_extrasbranch of this repository), add a few experimental utilities based on code used in the paper analysis, and add an example notebook containing all the code needed to run the experiments described in the paper. This also adds a pyproject.toml file for more up to date installation with pip and pushes the version to 1.0.0.This code removes the old CLI interface in favor of a python-first interface, as exemplified in the example notebooks.
