- Add delegate_to_opencode entry scripts (py/sh/ps1)
- Add OpenCode-specific runtime functions: CLI args builder, stream parser, retry logic, prompt builder
- Add run_opencode_delegate() with session ID discovery from output stream
- Add opencode delegate_task subcommand to CLI
- Update SKILL.md and CODEX_WITH_CC.md with executor selection, model mapping
- Make -Model optional (omit to use executor's default model)
- Add design documents (en/zh) in docs/design/
