Looks very good!! I have a few commments:
- tests/test_parsers/test_tree_macther.py is misspelled
- we should find another name since template matcher is alreay using a tree structure so that might be confusing. You once called it TreeCMatcher. Why not going with this? Or CppTemplateMatcher, TemplateMatcherCpp, ...
