Add option for replacement variables/docs update

e.g.

parameters.yml:

twig.path:
    - %basepath%/app/views
    - %basepath%/vendor/example/views

index.php:

...
$app->register(new DerAlex\Silex\YamlConfigServiceProvider('config.yml', [
    'basepath' => realpath(__DIR__.'/../..')
]));
...

Also:

• Updated docs to include info about replacement variables and imports.
• Cleaned up code a bit.
