We're seeing issues where /etc/kubernetes/azure.json contains a lowercase name like
koreacentralbut the ARM callGET .../skusreturns a pascal case name.KoreaCentral. I don't believe azure names are anything but ascii, and it should be an easier fix that trying to figure out what regions are named in what way.
