Consolidates all test coverage improvements (HTTP client exception handling, pagination async iteration, CLI commands, and CLI schema introspection) into a single branch. Test files are moved into directory subfolders matching the source layout to maintain a 1:1 test-to-source hierarchy (e.g. tests/cli/test_cli.py, tests/cli/test_schema.py, tests/model/test_pagination.py).
