Description of changes:
In the same vein as aws-robotics/aws-robomaker-sample-application-cloudwatch#67 and amazon-archives/aws-robomaker-sample-application-persondetection#66, this removes
turtlebot3packages from the.rosinstallfile, so that these packages are no longer obtained by source code throughrosws update, but rather directly by binary throughrosdep install, which should be the preferred method.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that you can use, modify, copy, and redistribute this contribution, under the terms of your choice.
