Translated the content of the region support documentation to French and updated the metadata accordingly.

@verticalpl thanks for all these changes - i'm not sure i'm going to be able to accept the PRs as the change overwrites the english, I need to have different markdown files for english/french and then add a language selector in the docs to switch the two. I'll look into the implementation and perhaps just copy the french files from your fork once I have it working |
