fix: counter-scale short-line markers in time column

Summary

• Switch the hour short-line marker from plain View to Animated.View and apply counterScaleStyle so the tick stays a consistent visual thickness while pinch-zooming.

Ported from core-mobile patch @howljs+calendar-kit+2.5.6+024+fix-shortline-counter-scale.

Stacked on top of #24.

Test plan

• Pinch-zoom the calendar; verify short-line markers do not stretch vertically.
• Verify visual parity at default zoom.
