Update the claude-delegator marketplace listing to reflect the current plugin: three providers (GPT/Gemini/Grok), the ask-grok/ask-all commands (ask-both is now ask-all), Grok advisory-only, and grok/xai keywords. ref/version are left to the daily external-plugin updater.
