  • Make data required in ListOfWebhookDispatchesResponse
  • Align the response name with other similar response names

Aligns the webhook-dispatches list-envelope schema with the convention
used by ListOfActorsResponse, ListOfBuildsResponse, etc., and adds the
missing required: [data] so generated Pydantic models have a non-optional
data field.
