the yml file should've been set after clicking the deploy to heroku button.. |

yeah... I think that button might work if you change the url to include your username/repo. When you click it Heroku is unhappy because github.com/username/repo is not a valid url. |

hmm. you're right. but strange. that's from github's doc about how to make the url dynamic.. let me check that out. |

Move the expanding development instructions into a separate file from the general readme. This is incomplete; I could use an example of a complete
application.yamlfile to be sure I'm not missing any keys.
