I've added a gravity turn feature. Look at "maneuver_atmosphere.to2" and "gravity_turn.to2". This is more efficient than using a predefined ascent profile which forces the craft to thrust off axis to follow the profile.
Has a simple UI to enter some parameters. Script calculates some suggestion which usually works.
