Great, this adds Android testing with the main and 6.3 SDK snapshots, including running these tests in the Android emulator for the first time: both Android jobs ran fine. |

Otherwise, the Android PR testing config @jrflat added wasn't running. Btw, the two commits here are unrelated, just setting the tags while I'm here.
