Bitmovin player layout is built based on the web provided from the Bitmovin.
For Android and QuickBrick we are using default layout provided by Bitmovin SDK.
For iOS we are using this custom layout https://github.com/applicaster-plugins/bitmovin-player-ui to add close button at the top right conner.
