Nice! Idk how this is so short but it's great. I tested all three paths: invalid password: this was when setting an invalid 2FA or OTP (same error): login otp: login 2fa: |

If the initial attempt to log in fails due to lack of 2fa, receive the failure id, and send It on the following attempt.
I tested this with and without the corresponding server side code, this CLI change can be released safely without the API changes: https://github.com/aptible/auth-api/pull/749
