- add trigger-build-and-push.yml firing on v* tag pushes and manual dispatch - mints a GitHub App token and dispatches build-and-push-container-image.yml in devlake-actions-pipelines with devlake_ref and devlake_sha - actions pinned by commit SHA (create-github-app-token v3.2.0, github-script v9.0.0)
