Following changes were made: 1. Add a null.json build json template for quickly testing stand alone commands and functionality. 2. Add create user script invoked as part of minimal build to create a new user specified in newuser.json. 3. Parameterize new user creation by using a var-file newuser.json. 4. Refactor/update/rename install scripts for jdk, intellij, netbeans, nix to execute as sudo newuser. 5. Add install scripts for vmware-tools, ansible, svn. Modify install script for nix2.0.4 package manager. 6. Install xorg-x11-drv-vmware Xorg X11 vmware video driver as part of kick start file. 7. Remove some uneeded scripts.
1. Add AWS, Azure key set up and vagrant user renaming as the last step 2. Add a shell-local provisioner to revert the patch applied to install-nix-2.0.4 script
