Overlay: For rock-5b-plus add radxa display 8hd and cam4k

• Compile and merge with the base device-tree
• Test Radxa Display 8HD on Rock-5B-Plus
• Test Radxa Cam4k on Rock-5B-Plus

Only merge after all tests are ticked

@devashishraj Rock-5T already has support for Camera 4K in Armbian. You just need to go into armbian-config > kernel > overlays and activate the correct rock5t cam0/1 camera4k overlay and reboot

@HeyMeco yeah i did open the overlays but there's no overlay for 5t or RK3588 , options are available for 5itx , 5b and 5a.

@devashishraj sorry I mixed that up. I thought the commit that added 5T Display10HD included the other overlays too. I can look into adapting the 5T camera overlay sometime soon. No guaranteed date yet

I am currently trying to get the radxa 10 fhd screen working on the rock 5b plus. I tried the overlay from the official radxa image (Radxa Github). The screen works, but the touch axes seem to be swapped. Did you by any chance experience similar issues with the 8 inch variant of the screen and have a solution at hand?

This is how I added a udev rule to prebuilt images for the 8HD to fix touch axes. You can probably do a similar udev rule for the 10FHD
