Fixes 'RTNETLINK answers: Cannot allocate memory' Ethernet issues on Luckfox Lyra Ultra W by increasing CMA size from 4MiB to 16MiB.
Additionally, reduces CMA size on Luckfox Lyra Zero W from 32MiB (unnecessary) to 16MiB, aligning with Ultra W.
Tested on Luckfox Lyra Ultra W, confirmed ethernet functionality is restored.
