This adds the polished notebooks from #62 and #54 to the documentation.
Currently, the documentation build fails when I include the PyMC example. I think this is because running it in the workflow fails.
Because of the runtime, it would probably be a good idea to disable running it in the workflow and use local results anyway. I will have a look at how to do this.
