Telemedicine platform based where patients and doctors can communicate. Find a doctor based on area, specialization, and place of appointment. Patients' history is saved in a database and doctors can analyze records for better treatment. For the front-end, part HTML, CSS, Bootsrap4, and JavaScript were used and for the back-end, part PHP was used. MySQL for the database. Essential CRUD operation was used based on patient information. Email authentication, Session handle with the token. BlowFish Hash with Salt encryption is used in the database.
