Summary

Prepares patch releases for the MCP server and Hermes plugin packages.
Aligns Hermes installer next steps with the authenticated local quickstart flow.
Includes changelog entries for the package updates.

Verification

pnpm --dir packages/mcp-server build
pnpm --dir packages/mcp-server test
pnpm --dir packages/mcp-server typecheck
python3 -m unittest discover tests in plugins/hermes
npm pack ./packages/mcp-server
npm pack ./plugins/hermes
MCP tarball live ingest/search smoke against local core
Hermes tarball install and live search/store smoke against local core
