Codex Max Windows MVP

Based on CoimgRain/Codex-Mini, this release adds a Windows local client and Windows desktop automation layer for controlling Codex Desktop from a phone browser on the same LAN.

Included:

• Single-file Windows x64 app: Codex Max.exe
• Embedded .NET Desktop Runtime, local Node service payload, and Windows control layer
• Local HTTP service, token auth, session/history/status parsing, and phone web UI from the upstream architecture

Limits:

• Codex Desktop must be installed, logged in, and available in the current interactive Windows desktop session.
• The app brings Codex Desktop to the foreground and temporarily uses keyboard, mouse, and clipboard.
• Lock screen, UAC prompts, and background invisible control are not supported.
