Add the ability to boost our docs within our internal search feature.
Almost everything in the navbar gets a boost of 5.
data_plaform links get a boost of 3, instead of 5, since they are not for our product precisely.
The "Using AxonOps" tree will get a boost of 8 to cater to new clients.
bin/boostalso ignores manual boosts to 10 and 0.1 and leaves those values unchanged.
