Bumps effect from beta.50 to the latest v4 beta (beta.94) in @durable-effect/task and its local test app (effect-worker-api). No source changes were required — task-group's Effect API usage (Context.Service, Effect.gen, Schema, Layer, Data.TaggedError, etc.) is unaffected by the breaking changes introduced between these betas. Verified with typecheck, build, the vitest suite, and live requests against effect-worker-api (health, counter, onboarding in-memory sibling dispatch, and billing Cloudflare DO adapter).
