Problem
PR #135 merged before the follow-up CI naming changes landed, leaving the workflow surface out of sync with the repo's
justtask names.Solution
Split the old
qualityworkflow intoformatandlint, rename the test workflow surface totest, and update nightly/release dependencies to follow the repo'sjust format,just lint, andjust testtasks.
