This is the TAMS Wiki. We use the wiki to capture meetings, notes and ideas that aren't ready to be part of the main repository. Compared to the main repository, the wiki doesn't undergo review, and is generally more contemporaneous.

Notes from TSC meetings

TSC meeting notes are captured in wiki pages based on the year the meeting took place, with the newest at the top.

Agenda

The standing agenda for TAMS TSC meetings:

  • Review the project board
  • Look at open/blocked PRs
  • Progress of governance process
  • AOB

How TSC meetings work

In line with the TAMS Governance approach, TSC meetings are held online and are public. Contact any member of the TSC for the invite.

Meetings of the TAMS Technical Steering Committee are captured in the wiki.

  • One attendee will capture notes
  • They will share their screen with everyone else present where possible
  • Those notes may either be captured directly in the wiki, or elsewhere (e.g. Slack Canvas) and then copied up
  • Any matters that are commercially sensitive or not suitable for publication should be redacted before publication

After the meeting

  • Where discussions relate to a specific Issue, they should be moved to the issue itself (this may happen in the meeting) and a cross-link added to the minutes
  • Minutes should be published promptly after the meeting, unless further work is needed to remove sensitive material
