32437 - Update simple account flow creation email Invitation

Description of changes:

• process update of email
• send email if email exists and config SEND_UNAFFILIATED_EMAIL is On
• skip sending email if config SEND_UNAFFILIATED_EMAIL is False
• throw error if email is null and config SEND_UNAFFILIATED_EMAIL is True
• throw error if config SEND_UNAFFILIATED_EMAIL is True and config AFFILIATE_ENTITY is True
