Adds Zip-Codes to the Administrative Boundaries section.
API delivers US ZIP and Canadian postal code boundary polygons along with their intersections to Census tracts,
congressional districts, state legislative areas, and school districts. Each intersection includes a computed overlap
percentage (pct_inside), which is the differentiator versus raw shapefile sources like GADM and geoBoundaries.
This is the section's first API entry. I notice precedent for APIs in other sections (Maritime, IP to Location,
Transport), so submitting in that spirit — happy to revise framing or move sections if a better fit exists.
