Hi Brenda,

This is my latest version of iPOLARRIS. The main changes with this repo are:

• a env.yml file has been created to allow you to create the environment with dependencies needed to run the program.
• the config file can now have newlines in it, giving the user more influence on how they organize. See my_config.txt.
• I've included some samples in the samples/ directory that you can use for testing, in addition to your own.
• it can now ingest dual-Doppler velocity data generated with MultiDop.
• it can now ingest UWYO soundings, extracting and gridding temperature, pressure and dewpoint.
• you can get a taste of my plotting style from the new plot_driver.plot_composite() function, which includes inline commenting and some new tricks I learned for making publication-ready plots.

I'm still learned about how to ascribe a version and keep track, but for now, I hope you don't mind that I called this branch v1.0.1. Being the most updated version that I'm using, I recommend looking at this version first because you may like these changes better.
