iPOLARRIS v1.0.2 works with my sample observational data. It still needs tweaking to make the figures nice. However, this version will benefit from user documentation! I recommend pulling this version to test it with my data, and then also with your data. I would be happy to continue making tweaks with your dataset, if you would like to share some samples with me (see my recent email).
