- Redesign App.vue shell into a left-sidebar SaaS layout with an indigo accent and a consistent design-token system (saas-redesign skill)
- Add Restocking view with budget-driven recommendation flow, backed by a new POST /api/orders/restock endpoint and demand forecast data
- Update en/ja locales and routes for the new nav and Restocking tab
- Add backend test for the restock endpoint
- Pin public npm registry via root .npmrc; add architecture.html
