Updated .jules/rules/security.md to fully adhere to repository rules as requested:

  • Added the "Frequently Asked Questions" section.
  • Added and updated emojis across all section headers.
  • Replaced hardcoded style attributes in the Mermaid diagram with the appropriate class assignments for existing design tokens (classDef).
  • Simplified terminology in the XSS section to comply with Technical Easy English rules.
