This PR executes a comprehensive repository-wide audit to enforce the "Best Practices" standards defined in CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md.

Execution Summary

  1. Metadata Validation (YAML Frontmatter)
    • Automatically verified and injected missing YAML Frontmatter properties (technology, domain, level, version, tags, ai_role, last_updated) for all Markdown files.
  2. Structural Enforcement (The 4-Step Cycle)
    • Identified all technical instructions and restructured them to comply with the 4-step framework (❌ Bad Practice, ⚠️ Problem, ✅ Best Practice, 🚀 Solution).
    • Automatically injected placeholders for missing structural elements where partial rules existed to ensure agent-readable determinism.
  3. Technical Watchdog Enforcement
    • Transformed generic static code types inside typescript blocks globally (specifically replacing standalone any declarations with safe unknown implementation patterns).
  4. Vibe Coding & Diagram Standards
    • Audited all .md files containing Mermaid logic.
    • Refactored all inline, hardcoded style definitions inside Mermaid charts into standard classDef and class Design Tokens logic.
