2efeaf957163b146707d67a1666f7c07dc0199ec: Use ${sourceDir}-absolute toolchain file paths in CMakePresets.json, add CMAKE_CXX_EXTENSIONS/CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD_REQUIRED, boolean-typed CMAKE_EXPORT_COMPILE_COMMANDS, hostSystemName conditions on llvm/appleclang/msvc presets, and all_verify_interface_header_sets to the default build targets.
