Add build configurations
Debug-VS2015andRelease-VS2015that referenceMicrosoft.VisualStudio.Shell.15.0and defines conditional compilation constantVS2015which, if defined, usesAsyncPackage.Alternative could be to have separate csproj file? Not sure which is preferable.
