Removes `Download/medium-on-device-ai-coach-draft.md` and the now-empty top-level `Download/` directory.
Why
`Download/` is a stray top-level directory holding a single 186-line draft Medium article (added in #84). It's not referenced by any source, build script, CI workflow, or doc — nothing compiles, links, or otherwise depends on it. It looks like an accidental commit of a browser download location rather than an intentional repo path.
What changed
Build verification
Nothing references the path, so deletion is build-neutral. Confirmed by compiling the desktop targets of `:chess-core` and `:app` (which pull in the full module graph) — `BUILD SUCCESSFUL`.
