refactor: split daemon state tests

Summary

• split the large daemon state test file into focused modules for layout/validation, peer capture, input/outgoing queues, trust/diagnostics, and clipboard replay
• keep test bodies behavior-equivalent while making future state changes easier to review

Validation

• cargo fmt --all -- --check
• cargo test -p boundless-daemon
• cargo clippy -p boundless-daemon --all-targets -- -D warnings
