all-contributors-cli only writes to README.md (see .all-contributorsrc "files" key), so README_EN.md drifts whenever the contributor list changes. After #19 introduced README_EN.md, the all-contributors-cli only knew about README.md, so adding a contributor (e.g. #20) silently drifted the English README out of sync — fixed manually in #21. Adding README_EN.md to the "files" array lets future `npx all-contributors-cli add <login> <types>` update both files in one invocation. Verified locally with `npx all-contributors-cli generate` — produced no diff on either README (no-op regenerate), confirming both files' markers are recognized.
