Summary
Updated build and publishing configuration to support dual npm registry publishing (GitHub Packages and npm). Changes include:
packageManager: pnpm@10.33.0and corrected repository URLs to point tobeyonkorgRemoved unnecessary build/test jobs from publish workflows and updated action versions to v5/v6 where applicable.
