Combined changes: - Add Kubernetes deployment examples for local/dev testing (ConfigMap, namespace, MySQL init, Services, README, Go module updates). - Remove deprecated Kubernetes deployment examples and related configuration files. This commit consolidates the prior feature and cleanup commits into a single signed commit by cc14514. Signed-off-by: cc14514 <cc14514@icloud.com>
