Expand the Estimates section with detailed explanation of how missing postal codes are identified (134M bulk test), how NUTS regions are assigned (prefix grouping, agreement analysis, geographic cross-check), what confidence labels mean, current coverage stats (7,019 entries, 32 countries), and the automatic revalidation mechanism. Existing technical/config details moved under a Configuration subsection.
